The direction we’re heading:

We’re actively developing our AI Search offering, treating it as a natural evolution of SEO, including:

  • optimizing content for language models (LLMs),
  • building brand visibility in AI-generated answers,
  • testing new content formats, structures, and quality signals,
  • developing link building and mention strategies as key elements of brand authority in AI Search.

We’re looking for someone who finds the evolution of SEO toward AI Search genuinely exciting – someone who wants to test, observe, analyze, and build know-how with us, both in content and link building.

About the role:

As a Content & Linkbuilding Specialist (SEO/AI Search), you’ll co-create content and link building strategies end-to-end — from concept and data, through implementation, to measurable results.

You’ll have real influence over the direction of our work, collaborate closely with clients, and develop solutions that combine content, links, and mentions into a coherent strategy that goes beyond the classic SEO approach.

We’re looking for someone who:

  • thinks innovatively,
  • enjoys experimentation,
  • can draw insights from data,
  • wants to be part of AI Search development in practice (not just in theory),
  • and takes real ownership of content and link building strategies.

What you’ll be doing:

In this role, you’ll be responsible for content and link building strategies in SEO and AI Search projects by:

  • creating and implementing content strategies (Polish and international markets),
  • analyzing data (GSC, GA4) and translating it into concrete strategic decisions,
  • testing new approaches to content, including in the context of AI Search and LLMs,
  • working directly with clients: setting goals, priorities, and recommendations,
  • conducting content audits and proposing meaningful improvements,
  • collaborating with copywriters: creating guidelines, reviewing, and optimizing content,
  • participating in migrations, international projects, and larger implementations,
  • planning, developing, and evaluating link building strategies,
  • analyzing the impact of links, mentions, and domain authority on visibility in SEO and AI Search,
  • working with AI tools and our in-house solutions.

Apply if you:

  • have at least 2 years of experience in SEO (content + link building),
  • communicate fluently in Polish and English,
  • use tools such as GA4, GSC, Senuto, Semrush, KWFinder, and AI tools,
  • can analyze user intent and turn it into effective content,
  • have experience working with clients and managing projects,
  • think analytically and can draw conclusions from data,
  • are proactive, curious about change, and eager to test new solutions,
  • are excited about the evolution of SEO toward AI Search, including the role of links, mentions, and authority in working with LLMs.
