You’ll work with a team that delivers on what you help define: from brand positioning (both in Google and within LLM tools), building predictive models (with 93% accuracy), to AI-powered backlink evaluation tools.


You’ll be a key part of our client-facing force, someone who helps us see what others might miss.

Your role:
You’re not chasing leads. You’re building relationships.
Your day-to-day is about asking, listening, thinking. Turning briefs into business plans.
You’ll sit at the intersection of client needs and expert delivery ensuring every project starts with purpose.

Your day would include:

  • Leading discovery sessions with current and potential clients
  • Uncovering pain points and opportunities through smart questioning
  • Translating client needs into actionable plans for SEO and analytics teams
  • Creating briefs, setting expectations, and aligning solutions with actual business goals
  • Building long-term relationships with clients based on trust and clarity
  • Working with SEO and Analytics teams to ensure our work always makes sense and makes a difference

You might be the one if:

  • You’ve worked in client-facing roles (account management, consulting, business analysis)
  • You’re fluent in English and Polish and can run conversations with ease
  • You’ve worked with digital services or consulting (ideally in agency setup)
  • You ask smart questions and listen even better
  • You’re independent, well-organized, and proactive
  • You like understanding the “why” before offering the “how”
  • You don’t settle for ticking boxes – you want to create value
