We help brands like New Balance, T-Mobile, and Nice To Fit You connect the dots between behavior, performance, and opportunity through analytics, AI and data-driven strategy.

Now we’re looking to grow our insights team.
We need someone who can go beyond the numbers, lead projects, work directly with clients, and help them make smarter decisions — faster.

 

What you’ll be doing:

  • Own and lead analytics projects end to end
  • Analyze performance and behavior using GA4, SQL, and Looker Studio
  • Create dashboards and decision-ready visualizations (Power BI, Tableau welcome too)
  • Spot opportunities, flag inefficiencies, and propose smart, actionable solutions
  • Work directly with clients and be their strategic partner, not just their analyst

You might be a great fit if:

  • You’ve got 3+ years in digital / web / product analytics
  • You’ve worked with e-commerce, retail, or FMCG businesses
  • You’re fluent in Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, SQL, Looker Studio
  • You communicate clearly: in English, with clients, and in reports
  • You connect the dots fast and turn insight into direction
  • You’re independent, proactive, and comfortable leading your own projects
  • *Bonus: you’ve worked with Power BI, Python, or R
