We are Insightland — a team of SEO & AI Search specialists working for brands such as Medicine, Tatuum, Nice To Fit You, Venicci, and New Balance.
We create strategies that make sense because they are based on data, user behavior, and technology.
We work closely with clients, lead migrations, build technical strategies, analyze data, design structures, and support implementations on the dev side.
About the role:
As a Technical SEO Specialist, you will be responsible for diagnosing problems, building strategies, recommending implementations, and working in partnership with the client.
This is a role where you combine data, technology, logic, and business. Your recommendations have a real impact on how the service functions and generates revenue.
What will you do:
- Lead monthly meetings with clients to discuss results and recommend next steps
- Conduct full technical audits (rendering, indexing, structure, performance, linking) and prioritize recommendations
- Monitor the effects of actions and modify strategies based on data and algorithm updates
- Design and optimize information architecture and internal linking (including automation), considering content gaps and AI
- Analyze data (GSC, GA4, Clarity/HotJar) and translate it into business insights
- Prepare SEO guidelines for DEV teams and consult on implementations
- Independently implement simple changes in the CMS (meta tags, headers, indexing, redirects)
- Support migrations and advise on structure, redirects, and pre/post-live testing
You might be a great fit if you:
- Have min. 2 years of experience in Technical SEO
- Work with tools such as: Screaming Frog, Ahrefs/Semrush, Senuto, GSC, GA4, Clarity, HotJar, Excel/Sheets
- Communicate fluently in Polish and English
- can conduct advanced technical audits and explain their business impact (adjusting your communication level to the client’s knowledge)
- Skillfully analyze data, look for solutions, and proactively turn them into recommendations
- Understand HTML, CSS, and JS well enough to diagnose issues and formulate guidelines for developers
- Efficiently design site structure and internal linking
- Are interested in development – new tools, AI, automation, and SEO innovations
