Who we’re looking for:
We’re looking for an experienced Performance Specialist who values autonomy, impact, and ownership in their work, while effectively collaborating with the team to achieve shared goals. Someone who takes initiative and actively contributes to substantive, strategic discussions.
At the same time, we’re looking for a person who can look beyond the ad panel and evaluate Performance activities through the lens of the entire customer journey, profitability, and long-term business objectives.

What you’ll be doing
- Building paid media strategies tailored to each client’s business model (industry, scale, goals, business needs)
- Planning, launching, and optimizing campaigns in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
- Reporting results and discussing performance, priorities, and next steps with clients
- Continuously analyzing data and translating insights into actionable recommendations (what to scale, what to combine with other channels, what to stop)
- Collaborating cross-channel with SEO, Content, Linkbuilding, R&D, and Analytics teams
- Co-creating and expanding our paid media service offering
- Testing and experimenting with new solutions, ideas, and strategic approaches
You’ll thrive in this role if you:
- Have strong hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads (minimum 3 years managing various campaign types)
- Know how to work with data and draw clear, actionable conclusions (from GA4 + paid platform analytics)
- Understand the business context of your work, take responsibility for results, and can speak about your impact in terms of goals and decisions
- Are comfortable discussing strategy and recommendations with clients, building long-term, partnership-based relationships
- Communicate clearly, transparently, and confidently in both Polish and English
- Act proactively, take initiative, and enjoy testing new approaches
- Bonus points if you have experience with additional paid channels such as TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube, or other social platforms

- Compensation aligned with your experience and skills: 8 500 – 11 000 PLN net (B2B) or 7 000 – 9 000 PLN gross (employment contract)
