Who we’re looking for:

We’re looking for someone who feels at home in the Google Ads ecosystem and can run performance campaigns end-to-end: from strategy to execution.

As a Google Ads Specialist, you will do more than optimize campaigns inside the panel. You’ll understand the business context behind advertising activities: profitability, sales structure, and the impact of campaigns across the entire funnel.

This role is for someone who values autonomy, ownership, and real influence over the development of paid media services in our company.

What you’ll be doing

  • Building paid media strategies within the Google ecosystem tailored to each client’s business model
  • Planning, running, and optimizing Google Ads campaigns
  • Optimizing account structures, product feeds, and conversion funnels
  • Analyzing data and translating insights into actionable recommendations for clients
  • Reporting campaign results and discussing performance and next steps with clients
  • Collaborating with SEO, Content, R&D, and Analytics teams on cross-channel initiatives
  • Contributing to the further development of Google Ads services at Insightland

You’ll thrive in this role if you:

  • Have at least 3 years of experience managing Google Ads campaigns and know the ecosystem very well
  • Have experience working with e-commerce and sales-driven campaigns
  • Are comfortable analyzing data and drawing clear conclusions (GA4 holds no secrets for you)
  • Understand the business context behind your actions and take responsibility for results
  • Can discuss strategy and recommendations with clients confidently
  • Are proactive, enjoy testing new solutions, and continuously developing your skills
  • Live in Wrocław or nearby and enjoy working on-site
  • Bonus points if you also have experience with other paid media channels

  • Compensation aligned with your experience and skills: 8 000 – 11 000 PLN net (B2B) or 6 500 – 9 000 PLN gross (employment contract)
