We’re looking for someone who specializes in paid social advertising and knows how to leverage platforms like Meta Ads to scale sales and build effective marketing funnels.
Our Paid Social Specialist understands that successful social ad campaigns are not just about campaign settings. They’re about creativity, testing, and understanding user behavior.
This role is for someone who values autonomy, enjoys experimenting, and wants to have a real impact on the development of paid social services in our company.
What you’ll be doing
- Building paid social strategies tailored to clients’ business models
- Planning, running, and optimizing campaigns in Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram) and LinkedIn Ads
- Testing new ad formats, audience segments, and creative concepts
- Optimizing campaign structures for ROAS, CPA, and overall sales performance
- Analyzing campaign results and translating data into actionable recommendations
- Reporting results and discussing performance with clients
- Collaborating with SEO, Content, R&D, and Analytics teams on cross-channel initiatives
- Developing paid social competencies within Insightland’s service offering
You’ll thrive in this role if you:
- Have at least 2 years of experience managing Meta Ads and LinkedIn Ads campaigns
- Have experience running e-commerce and sales-driven campaigns
- Understand the importance of creative testing, funnel structure, and audience strategy in paid social
- Are comfortable analyzing data and turning insights into clear recommendations
- Think about advertising in the context of the entire customer journey
- Can confidently discuss results and recommendations with clients
- Are proactive and enjoy testing new approaches and channels
- Live in Wrocław or nearby and enjoy working on-site
- Bonus points if you also know other paid social platforms, such as TikTok Ads, Pinterest Ads, Bing Ads, or Google Ads

- Compensation aligned with your experience and skills: 8 000 – 11 000 PLN net (B2B) or 6 500 – 9 000 PLN gross (employment contract)
