01 How many segments will the tool create, and can we adjust them?

However, you have control to merge smaller segments, split larger ones, or set the desired number of segments. The interface allows you to refine and label segments in a way that makes sense for your business context.

02 What data is required for effective segmentation?

This solution can work with a variety of customer data. Common inputs include demographic data (age, location), purchase history (frequency, value, categories of products purchased), engagement data (website visits, email opens, app usage), and customer feedback or satisfaction scores. The more comprehensive the data, the richer the segmentation can be. That said, even with just purchase history and basic demographics, the AI can find useful segments. 03 How do we take action on these segments once they are identified?
