Business Development Manager (SEO & AI Search)
SEO is evolving faster than most companies are ready to admit.
More and more often, conversations with clients go beyond Google and touch on topics like visibility in AI tools, data quality, and the real impact SEO can have on business performance.
At Insightland, these are exactly the kinds of projects we focus on.
We build SEO and AI Search strategies based on data and analytics for brands such as Medicine, Tatuum, Nice to Fit You, and Bytom.
We’re looking for someone who understands the SEO industry and can lead meaningful sales conversations around solutions that bring real value to clients’ businesses.
Your responsibilities
- initiating conversations with potential clients
- managing the sales process from the first contact to signing the agreement
- analyzing client needs and matching solutions to their business goals
- collaborating with the SEO and analytics team while preparing offers
You’ll be a good fit if you
- have experience selling SEO, AI Search, or digital marketing services
- understand both the technical and content aspects of SEO and can have substantive discussions with the Delivery team
- actively listen and know how to translate client needs into concrete solutions that support their business goals
- work independently, efficiently, and take responsibility for your work and results
- are comfortable speaking up, testing new approaches, and trying different ideas
- communicate clearly and confidently in both Polish and English
- live in Wrocław or nearby and are open to working from the office

- base salary of 9 000 – 12 000 PLN net (B2B) plus a commission system tied to sales results
