An experienced Performance and Analytics professional who values independence, takes full ownership, and wants to drive tangible results for their projects.

We are looking for a proactive individual who looks beyond the ad dashboard to view the client’s business holistically, through the lens of the entire user journey and overall profitability.

What you’ll be doing

  • Building paid strategies tailored to clients’ business models (mainly in the e-commerce and fashion industries)
  • Independently managing and optimizing campaigns in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
  • Advising clients and recommending optimal advertising channels and platforms within their budgets
  • Processing data, analyzing traffic, and drawing actionable business insights from it
  • Studying user behavior across the entire customer journey
  • Configuring the analytical environment using Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager
  • Building and automating reports and dashboards in Looker Studio and MS Excel
  • Collaborating cross-channel with SEO, Content, and R&D teams

You’ll thrive in this role if you:

  • You have at least 2 years of hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
  • You are fluent in configuring and operating GA4, GTM, Looker Studio, and MS Excel
  • You understand the business context of your actions and connect campaign results with client goals (ROAS, sales)
  • You can talk to clients on a strategic level and provide actionable recommendations, building partner-like relationships
  • You communicate fluently and transparently in both Polish and English
  • You are proactive, love testing new solutions, and take responsibility for your decisions
  • Nice to have: basic knowledge of SQL, experience with additional paid channels (TikTok, Pinterest)
