Hi, we are Insightland. We provide strategic advice to brands, helping them increase sales effectiveness, analyze profitability, or forecast business metrics through Web Analytics, Business Intelligence and Data Science activities.
We are looking for a person who not only recognizes clients’ problems, but also understands their sources with a holistic view of the business. Your goal will be to identify suboptimal activities and create effective solutions for our clients.
What do we look for:
- You have min. 5 years of experience working with e-commerce sites, understand statistics and web trends
- You are comfortable with tools: Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio, MS Excel
- You are familiar with SQL
- You are comfortable communicating in English both verbally and in writing
- You are able to adapt the right tools to meet specific needs
- You enjoy pondering and looking for solutions, challenging yourself
- You aptly analyze data and propose changes that bring significant value
An additional advantage for us will be:
- Experience working with PowerBI
Your job role will involve:
- Data processing, analysis and formulation of valuable recommendations based on the information gathered
- Segmentation of users and in-depth analysis of their interactions, with a focus on the entire customer path (not just a single session)
- Measuring the effectiveness of activities in the context of the full customer journey, using tools (e.g. BigQuery) to create advanced analytical models
- Building management reports, presenting key data and insights to support customers in the decision-making process
- Statistical analysis of data using BI tools, creating scripts to automate work with data
- Analyzing and optimizing conversion processes for continuous improvement of efficiency of operations
