We are looking for
Web Analyst
Data doesnāt create value on its own. The value comes from asking the right questions, understanding what the numbers mean, and knowing what to do next.
Thatās why weāre not looking for someone whose work ends with a properly configured GA4 setup or another dashboard.
Weāre looking for a Web Analyst who can understand what is happening on a website, figure out why, and turn data into clear, actionable recommendations for clients.
Hi! Weāre Insightland.
We combine expertise in SEO & AI Search, analytics, and data, working with brands such as Tatuum, Wólczanka, Nice To Fit You, Bytom, and Mobile Vikings.
Data is a core part of how we work. We use it not only to report performance, but to validate hypotheses, uncover opportunities, and support better business decisions.
In this role, youāll take ownership of our clientsā web analytics, from making sure the right data is collected, through analysis and interpretation, to discussing insights and recommendations directly with clients.
What youāll do:
- work directly with clients: present findings, explain what the data means, and recommend next steps,
- analyse website traffic, user behaviour, and the full customer journey,
- identify patterns, issues, and opportunities for optimisation,
- configure and develop analytics setups in Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager,
- build and automate reports and dashboards in Looker Studio,
- turn analysis into clear insights and practical business recommendations,
- evaluate the effectiveness of marketing activities and their impact on client goals,
- collaborate with our SEO & AI Search, Content, and R&D teams,
- use AI tools and automation to make analysis and everyday workflows faster and smarter.
You will fit in perfectly if you:
- have at least 2 years of experience in web analytics or digital analytics,
- know GA4 and Google Tag Manager well enough to independently configure and develop analytics setups,
- are comfortable working with Looker Studio and Excel or Google Sheets,
- know how to analyse user behaviour and understand the customer journey,
- look for answers in data, not just numbers to include in a report,
- can translate analysis into clear conclusions and specific recommendations,
- understand the business context behind the data: conversion, sales, revenue, and marketing effectiveness,
- are comfortable speaking with clients and adapting your communication style to different audiences,
- work independently, communicate openly, take initiative, and take ownership of your recommendations,
- live in WrocÅaw or nearby area and are ready to work in the office.
Nice to have:
- basic SQL skills and the ability to pull the data you need independently,
- experience with BigQuery,
- experience with behavioural analytics tools such as Microsoft Clarity or Hotjar,
- experience in e-commerce or an agency environment,
- interest in automating data analysis and using AI in analytics.
What we offer:
- real ownership of client analytics: you wonāt just prepare reports; youāll influence the questions we ask and what we do with the answers,
- trust, clear goals, and plenty of independence,
- direct contact with clients and room to challenge assumptions and bring your own recommendations,
- a variety of projects across different industries,
- close collaboration with SEO & AI Search, Content, and R&D specialists, so your analysis can quickly turn into action,
- access to proprietary tools, AI solutions, and internal know-how,
- space to experiment with your own ideas, automations, and ways of working with data,
- a stable role in a healthy, growing company with a culture built on partnership and mutual respect,
- a spacious, pet-friendly office in central WrocÅaw,
- salary depending on experience and skills: 8 500 – 12 000 PLN net (B2B) or 7 500 – 10 000 PLN gross on (employment contract).
Recruitment process:
- short conversation with HR,
- meeting with the team,
- decision and feedback.

We’d love to meet you š
